All products are made to order. Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the printed garment. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify Payments or the other methods offered. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Because items are printed to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy; delivery is described in Shipping & Returns.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, and images on this site are the property of Eighth of June and may not be reproduced without written permission. Designs reference automotive history; Eighth of June is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any automaker, race series, or team named or referenced.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eighth of June is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
