Shipping
Production
Everything is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, then your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.
Delivery
Orders ship from a print facility in the United States. Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. International delivery varies by destination and may take 1 to 3 weeks. You will get a tracking number by email when it leaves the printer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
International orders
Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address. Once an order enters production it may not be possible to update.
Returns
Because each piece is made for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not right, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace it or refund it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
