Made to order
Every item is printed to order. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Defects and damage
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
Wrong address
If a package is returned to us because the address you entered was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
